Chicken Adobo

This is a great Filipino dish that my family discovered while we lived overseas when I was younger. I now make it for my daughter and I and she absolutely loves it!

Ingredients
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. soy sauce
crushed garlic
1/2 tsp. peppercorns
2 bay leaves
1 pkg (about 6) bone in chicken legs
Rice

~Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 1-3 hours.
~Put into a deep pan and bring to a boil. Lower and simmer covered for 30 mins.
~Uncover and simmer an additional 20 mins. The chicken will start to fall right off of the bone.
~Serve with rice.
